David B. Corning Chapter Program Revivier Award

A certificate shall be awarded by the National Membership and Extension Program Director after consultation with the appropriate Regional Director to any individual or group responsible for reviving a chapter that is on the verge of going inactive.
Any Alpha Phi Omega member (active, alumni, advisor, sectional, regional, and/or national staff) is eligible to submit a nomination for the award.
