A great opportunity awaits you and your chapter this year: the APO National Convention Planning Committee (NCPC) is forming now, and we need your help!

Thousands of APO Brothers from across the Nation and overseas will journey to Region I to experience Leadership, Friendship and Service with us at The Fraternity’s 40th National Convention in Boston, Massachusetts December 27-30, 2008. So, we have the chance, and the responsibility, to plan an unforgettable Convention this year. Planning and hosting a National Convention is a rare and exciting opportunity not to be missed: there’s much to learn about the Fraternity and putting on a Convention, as well as about yourself and your fellow Brothers, by providing Service to the Fraternity in this special way. This chance only comes around once in a while…the last time was 1992 and 2024 is the soonest a National Convention could be in Boston again!

There will be ongoing opportunties for student members and alumni to join this amazing effort, working on special projects throughout the year and helping on-site at the Sheraton Boston during Convention.

A guide has been developed that describes the NCPC structure (click here).  The chapter interest form can be found here. The alumni volunteer form can be found here. This information will be used to search for help as special projects and needs come along.
